These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and laju89 ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the laju89 online betting platform located at https://laju89.cam. By creating an account, placing bets, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's personal bank account or e-wallet to their laju89 Account balance for the purpose of placing bets.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation to verify their identity and eligibility.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on the laju89 platform.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and related services provided by laju89, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, online slots, and togel lottery betting.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's laju89 Account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on laju89, accessing our website, placing any bet, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You consent to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. laju89 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to individuals under the legal gambling age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are designed primarily for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, placed under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using laju89 services.

3.4 Single Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the laju89 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Users found operating duplicate accounts will have all accounts permanently closed.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from using laju89 services:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of laju89 or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded from the Platform due to problem gambling concerns or breach of Terms.
• Individuals appearing on any government-issued sanctions list or involved in money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities.
• Professional gamblers or syndicates attempting to exploit bonus systems or engage in arbitrage betting.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account on laju89, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred password. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on other websites.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify laju89 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

laju89 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

laju89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion with other users.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior toward laju89 staff or other users.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all KYC requirements and verification that the funds were obtained legitimately. laju89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

laju89 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit amount per transaction: Rp 100.000.000. Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming program. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of seventy-two (72) hours to allow for cooling-off.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Bank transfers made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) minutes. Transfers made outside banking hours will be queued and processed on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your laju89 account name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 100.000.000.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

VIP Platinum members: Express processing within fifteen (15) minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

5.6 Payment Method Matching

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by laju89. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating in any promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension:

• Employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event).

6.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses typically expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiration. Time limits also apply to wagering requirements—failure to meet requirements within the specified period results in bonus and winnings forfeiture.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by laju89. We reserve the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed via your betting receipt, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases of obvious error. laju89 is not responsible for bets placed in error or bets that fail to be registered due to technical issues on the User's device or internet connection.

7.2 Settlement of Bets

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) verified by independent testing agencies. 7.3 Void Bets and Refunds

Bets may be declared void and stakes refunded in the following circumstances: sporting events cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds display, or obvious human error in odds compilation (palpable errors). laju89's decision on bet voiding is final and not subject to appeal.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout per bet: Rp 500.000.000. Maximum payout per day: Rp 1.000.000.000. VIP Platinum members may be eligible for higher limits subject to approval. These limits apply to net winnings (total payout minus stake) and are in place to ensure platform stability and fair play for all users.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laju89 platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Fraud and Cheating: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or hacking techniques to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or share inside information.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or software to place bets automatically without human intervention.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other persons to access or use your account.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to hide your true location or access restricted services.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or other users.

Violation of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

9.2 Limitation of Liability

9.3 Force Majeure

laju89 shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, internet or telecommunications failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless laju89, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, your violation of any third-party rights, or your use of the Platform.
